Charles Kelly is a postgraduate MPhil student focusing on designing and implementing a new software package to provide a new way of extracting electronic circuit diagrams from published research. The package will use data mining techniques alongside computational image analysis to locate, extract and sort circuit schematics on a mass scale from published research.

Charles graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a B.Sc. (hons) degree in physics and undertook an investigation into the aerodynamics and external ballistics of air weapons projectiles in his final year.
