Damian Wilary

Damian is a first year PhD student developing novel, chemistry-aware data science tools for large-scale mining and processing of chemical information. The project involves applying the latest advances in artificial intelligence, image recognition and natural language processing to create robust software capable of understanding complex chemistry.

Damian received his MChem degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester. In his final year, he investigated graphene-mediated crystallisation processes of small molecules.
